The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has been involved in a review of alleged violations brought by Mr. joe Tocci, Chairman of SMDFund, against Fort Wayne - Allen County Airport Authority as owner/operator of Smith Field (SMD). Mr. Tocci submitted the complaint by letter dated August 22, 2004.
