Smith Field Airport is situated on 236 acres of land approximately 5 miles north of downtown Fort Wayne and serves Northeast Indiana’s general aviation community. Managed by the Fort Wayne-Allen County Airport Authority, Smith Field is striving to grow general aviation in the region by introducing additional aeronautical education opportunities and pursuing innovative development.
